Very proud of you all. Haslemere Border won Sports Club of the year tonight at the Sports Haslemere Awards. This was for our huge growth in members, our fantastic performances on Road and Cross Country and for the dedication of our coaches. Delighted that Sian, Andy and Dave went up to collect the award (where was Road Captain Luke).
Amanda also won Coach of the year, just two years after Julia, for her success with the get up and run group. Well deserved.
A great night for the club. Well done to you all. Bob
The club is up for several nominations on Wednesday evening at Haslemere Hall.
Do come along for 7.30 and cheer on the winners (hopefully HBAC will be amongst them)
We will need to cover about 12 marshal points for the various races
on Sunday October 2nd.
Marshals will be needed approx. 9am - 11am to cover the junior races and the start of the 10k
We may also require 2 to help at registration 8am - 10am.
Would anyone be willing to relieve Paul of his duties on the day to input all the on the day entries and then entering the results. This requires someone with fast and accurate input skills.
.Please let me know if you can help Many thanks Bob email@example.com
