I've been asked by a few peeps on how we can track our runners on the day.
There is the live tracking facility on the VLM website http://results-2016.virginmoneylondonmarathon.com/2016/
Or you can download the iphone app https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/virgin-money-london-marathon/id1094693190?mt=8
The android version is available from 2017.
You should be able to search on athlete names.. and add them to your list of runners from tomorrow.
Hope this helps.
C'mon HBAC... very excited about seeing everyone and waving an official HBAC foam finger !!
The 12 week Get up and Run course started in January and took place on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. The course was well attended by our enthusiastic new runners, turning out in the rain, sleet, snow and windy conditions. There wasn't much that would keep them from their goal of completing a 5k parkrun. This was achieved over two weeks, due to some not being able to make it first time round. All the runners that completed the Alice Holt parkrun twice, achieved a PB on the next attempt.
Over the next few weeks we look forward to our new members integrating into our main sessions.
Many thanks to all the leads and volunteers. If you hadn't been there offering words of encouragement, sharing knowledge, and giving up your time, this would not have been such a success.
Amanda and the rest of the team.
The GUARG have completed their course, and are running their first 5K tomorrow at Alice Holt... Amanda has organised a car share, meeting at Woolmer Hill bottom car park around 7.45am and leaving at 8am.
Anyone that would like to share a lift, see you there.
Dear HBAC runners,cyclists and swimmers,
Please buy tickets and support us…we need you there and it would be really lovely to see you.
Kathy and Tania (otherwise known as “The Chuckle Sisters”) to the trainers, are undertaking a 450k bike ride through Cambodia and Vietnam to raise money for ovarian, breast and cervical cancer charities.
We may be begging borrowing and stealing to achieve our massive £3200 goal each later in the year but until then, we felt it would be fun to kick off our fund raising with a private viewing of “Eddie the Eagle” at Alton Cinema on Friday 15th April. Drinks 7.30pm, film starting 8.00pm
This is a great fun film (PG 13) debuting in the cinemas at the end of February so hold on till April, bring the family and come and see it with us on FRI 15th and enjoy the film with a glass of bubbly too.
Buy your tickets now for only £15.00 to include bubbly, beer or soft drink. Email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm how many tickets you would like to purchase and make payment to our designated charity account by:-

Can I also add my own thanks to all involved in making today happen.
Absolutely brilliant morning.
Big thanks to Jonathan working with us in the results nerve centre. We worked as fast as we could in a calm and controlled manner... Plus Jonathan had to climb a ladder half way through to stop a major water leak at the school !!!
Anyway... results spreadsheet is attached to have a look at. All 23 clubs competed today with just 5 clubs unable to get a complete team.
CONGRATULATIONS HBAC... well done captains Sian and Andy for getting us soooooooo close to winning the league.
Rich... feel free to tidy up what I've uploaded if you wish ;o)
