Private viewing of “Eddie the Eagle” for Women V Cancer

Dear HBAC runners,cyclists and swimmers,

Please buy tickets and support us…we need you there and it would be really lovely to see you.
Kathy and Tania (otherwise known as “The Chuckle Sisters”) to the trainers, are undertaking a 450k bike ride through Cambodia and Vietnam to raise money for ovarian, breast and cervical cancer charities.
We may be begging borrowing and stealing to achieve our massive £3200 goal each later in the year but until then, we felt it would be fun to kick off our fund raising with a private viewing of “Eddie the Eagle” at Alton Cinema on Friday 15th April. Drinks 7.30pm, film starting 8.00pm
This is a great fun film (PG 13) debuting in the cinemas at the end of February so hold on till April, bring the family and come and see it with us on FRI 15th and enjoy the film with a glass of bubbly too.

Buy your tickets now for only £15.00 to include bubbly, beer or soft drink. Email tania@whishaw.cc or kathy.brown999@gmail.com to confirm how many tickets you would like to purchase and make payment to our designated charity account by:-

Fancy dress pub run

image

Hi folks, on Tuesday 22nd December it will be that time of year when we give the coaches a break and do our annual fancy dress (optional) pub run. This is when we say thank you to the coaches for all their hard work they have put in over the year and to have some fun. This event is not about the running but about having fun/socialising and drinking🍺🍻🍷🍷

So please come and join us at 7pm at the Waitrose car park.

This year we will be trying to stay in one big group as we run around Haslemere visiting various pubs.

Hope to see you there

Steve K

Christmas Party – Reminder

Hi All,

Now that Halloween is over, it's all about Christmas! Our annual HBAC Christmas party is fast approaching and final arrangements are being made, so we need to confirm numbers with the venue.  If you haven't already paid and want to be a part of a fun filled evening where you'll see some of your running buddies in clothes other than Lycra and showing off their dance moves, then please go onto the website and do so now.

If you have already paid but haven't provided your menu choices yet, please can you do so as soon as possible to christmasparty@hbac.co.uk.

Many thanks
