FYI Summer Training



From the rest of April till the end of September.


All training will be at Woolmer hill unless otherwise instructed ie Gibbet recce's in June and July.


Tuesday this will always be a track session with sometimes a 10 minute run out and back plus track session.


Thursdays there is going to be an option of a track session or a hill session over at Bramshott with Andy, if you regularly do hills on a Saturday and miss Tuesdays Track session. the coaching team would highly recommend you do a speed track session on a Thursday rather than more hills, as your speed work is a very important part of training. but ultimately the choice is yours.


On the first Tuesday of each month we will be holding a one mile TT, so over the coming months you can tell if your speed work is improving, the first one is on May the 2nd.


On the last Thursday of each month Paul will be holding a Supersets session and on this night there won't be the option of Bramshott hills.
