Intermediate Endurance

Endurance sessions for 12-17 year olds (Year 7 upwards)
Endurance running sessions are currently taking place every Tuesday from 545pm-645pm.
All sessions will consist of Energy systems Lactate/Aerobic.
If your son/daughter or anyone else you know how has a child who would like to train for endurance and would like to join these sessions or have a trial please contact Alex Croucher - alexandracroucher@hotmail.co.uk
