Due to a shortage of coaches, we no longer offer Athletics coaching which means that there is no Under 11s group

Our O11s (Year 7 upwards), has an Endurance group which targets the Energy systems Lactate/Aerobic using repetition based running exercises.

The sessions take place every Tuesday from 5.45pm-6.45pm at the Woolmer Hill track (although the time and venue may differ)

If your son/daughter or anyone else you know how has a child who would like to train with us, we have a waiting list which we actively look at ways of reducing, so please contact Alex with your son or daughter’s name and date of birth (note that fees can be found on the membership page)
