New Intermediate Endurance Running Sessions 12-17 year olds

An Intermediate group focusing on endurance running has been set up and is currently taking place every Tuesday 545pm-645pm at Woolmer Hill Track. This is aimed at youngsters from Years 7 upwards who want to focus predominantly on endurance.
