As you know the South Downs Trail Marathon is coming up on Saturday 17th June and I know a number of people had expressed interest in the Relay event.
In order to ensure everyone who has entered is able to participate we need to organise transport, and confirm the numbers ASAP. May I therefore suggest that each Team nominates a Captain, who could then email me their team members please? I have personally never taken part in this event so it would be helpful to hear from people who have as I understand getting people to starting points on the relay may take some time, particularly with the number of runners on the day.

If you are not running but coming along to support the HBAC runners the plan was to have a Picnic and a few Bevies after the event so it would be lovely to see as many people as possible and to make this a real social outing!
If I have missed anything, do let me know and volunteers are welcome to help coordinate,,,!
