Sprint Session 14th Feb

Alternative sprint session available this evening from 7pm with a series of warm up drills, bounding and skipping and basic plyometric exercises. Moving on to a series of sprint intervals, concentrating on form and technique. A fun and intense session for all abilities.
Coaching tip: Please wear appropriate footwear for track sessions, bring plenty of water and have fresh legs to get the most out of your training.
