Summer senior training

the summer schedule will be published shortly. It will be aiming at 10 k  RP with the key focus on achieving those pb's. There will be an additional session running alongside the main sessions on both Tuesday's and Thursday's, Tuesday's additional session will be aimed at newer runners, returning from injury and gentler runners. Thursday's session will be a track based session, Dan has many, many 400's sessions in all guises up his sleeve and Andy will be looking to lead a threshold run or run out with reps accross Bramley and into Waggoners

Once the track in down we will have an open track night on Mondays, it is there from 6 till the last man leaves, a non coached time but the tracked is ours to use, consider it as a good 3 - 5 k fast training type session, recovery or fast 400's. Please do make the most of it.

We are looking forward to integrating the recent get up and run course into the main sessions and already seen a healthy turn out for the last two weeks joining us.

I am sure there will be something here for everyone and the coaching team is certainly always keen to hear if you have any ideas you would like to see added to the training.
