Haslemere Border Athletic Club are starting their annual Get Up and Run course starting on Saturday 19th January 2019.
The course is aimed at people who have never run before or are starting again after a break. On completion of the 12 week course, participants will be able to complete a 5K Parkrun.
Do come and join our friendly local group, we will meet twice weekly; on Saturday mornings at 9am at the Devil’s Punch Bowl car park and on Tuesday evenings at 7pm at Grayshott.
All abilities are very welcome.
The cost of the course is £45
