HBAC is pleased to announce the Dates for a Get up and Run course. We start on Wednesday 28th April 2021 through until Wednesday 7th July 2021. Graduation set for Saturday 10th July. The course will be 10 weeks with 2 sessions per week; 7pm on Wednesday evenings and 9am on Saturday mornings with a mixture of Road and Off Road.
